Never will I shop at Home Depot in Rockford on Argus drive again and here’s why. We went to Home Depot last night to purchase a snow blower. An associate Josh was so friendly and helpful. My husband brought our two granddaughters to pick out our Christmas tree as they do every year at Home Depot. They chose a balsam pine. It has been three weeks and the tree is still holding its needles and they are still soft! I’ve never had a tree absorb so much water look so good for so long! Thanks!!!

Found everything I need..
I came here in 8-17-18 to buy a garbage disposal and a whole bunch of other stuff but they charged me for 2, I went to customer service to get a refund and they did but 2 weeks later and the refund still hasn’t processed back into my account even after talking to them several times
Was going to buy 30 $5 tongue and groove boards for a project. Located the display and loaded 18 boards onto my cart. Looked around for an employee to help find the rest, aisles were empty. Went to the cashier to see if she could page someone to help me find them. She said yeah, I’ll send them to that area. Waited 5 minutes before she noticed me standing there waiting still then she paged. Waited 10 more minutes and nobody came.
