I guess I'm done shopping at Home Depot. After we've spent thousands there renovating homes, I just drove a half hour to another location and altered my whole morning around it, to get a sink that was on clearance. apparently you can drive a half hour and the price will change because the machesney Park location had it at a much lower price and the Rockford location it was not in sale? when you tell the employee that you're going to make a special trip to get that price they should know that the price is subjective to change... read more
Today at Home Depot in Rockford, IL, where masks are REQUIRED and I counted SIX employees with their masks down under their noses. Unacceptable.

I was just there to do some shopping for my lawn care business and i forgot to wear a mask and they would not let me in the store . Was embarrassing to be rejected to enter the store for one thing . As big a business as the Home Depot is you'd think they could have offered a disposable mask for me to wear just to be able to do my shopping there at that time .. I will never shop here ever again .. too many other stores to shop at ...:(

I've been to Home Depot 3 times and on the phone several times with Home Depot! I've also had an appointment scheduled for what I thought was a simple installation of a GE 30,000 water softener $347. They keep thinking I want a drinking water filtration system that cost $7,000-$10,000! I bought my orginal GE water softener in 2004 and it was so easy & simple!! So fraustrating! Im going to Lowes instead hopefully they can get it right.

While I appreciate them employing my husband I'm not happy with the way they treat their employees families when scheduled for the same install 3 different times within 2 weeks. Why? No one showed up and has the audacity to say they did! I'm home 24/7 with minor exceptions and no one has shown up! 😠
