Never shop here again!!!! Shopped online and ordered a grill and checked the box for free assembly! Online it says the order will be ready within a few hours. Received a VM that said my order was ready , but not assembled. 5 hours later I called the store and was told my grill won’t be assembled till Wednesday!!!! That’s 5 days later!!!!! I asked to return my order and the person never once asked why??!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Earned my BA of Science in Education while working here full time, even though I've been teaching for 10 years now, my old work pals still greet me at the door with a smile. Also, they always provide my classroom with Kids Workshop kits for Mother's Day every year.
Wonderful people! They help the community go above and beyond for customers and they arent afraid of taking on any project. Worked there for 8 and a half years.
Wow... just read a Facebook post regarding an employee that was recently fired by your store "manager" for LAUGHING TOO MUCH?!?!!! Nice job Home Depot... sounds like HE should be the one you need to let go! Won't step foot in your store ever again.
