Just want to tell everyone about my experience at Home Depot in the last week. I came in a week ago and had some of the beat customer service I've ever had which was so refreshing. That being said I came in yesterday to return an item and wanted help ordering a toilet that wasn't in stock at the store and had to be ordered online and shipped to the store. Ok so I always go to Menard's, because my biggest beef with Home Depot was that there was never anyone around to help. But to my surprise yesterday, it was a real pleasure, I had not 1 or 2 people ask if I needed help I had 4 different people ask to help me and with SMILES, thank you!!
Just want to tell everyone about my experience at Home Depot this morning. My client and I went there to get some scrap wood to make a cross for her dog who recently passed. A gentleman named Theo proceeded to help us get the wood cut and Rose had asked him if he could assemble it for her and he said not a problem just meet me up front. Went in last week and bought a new refrigerator. The guy working was helpful and answered all our questions. Got it delivered today and both delivery guys were awesome. Fast, friendly and even called ahead to let us know they were on the way. We also bought our washer, dryer and stove from you in the past and always had a great experience from the start of our search to the delivery.
Today a friend and I were shopping for a tool to make a couple holes in the ground 16" deep. The manager, realizing we were not strong enough to dig holes that deep, offered to come over himself with a post hole digger and dig the holes for us. Not only did he dig the two holes needed, he gave the post hole digger to my friend. No cost, wouldn't take a cent. Both of us are very thankful for his generosity and kindness. We have received excellent help in appliances and flooring on multiple occasions. Also we came in today (after calling ahead) and brought our dog with us. The store is so friendly! Dogs are welcome and they made us feel welcome and were so kind to our dog. I can't thank them enough for making it a happy and calm experience!!!
