Well I bought my 22 " Toro that is supposed to start the very first time in April. I paid $300 for it, used it 4 times and it wouldn't start. I was getting a hard time about returning it for another one. Not from the CS agent but whoever her superior was. Somehow after a week when I was going to come back with it, it started. Nice slap in the face today being informed I no longer get a military discount. That and the fact the girl at the register rang our order up wrong TWICE, the first time she tried charging us double. So long Home Depot, none of our circle will waste another dime at your business.
My hot water heater broke on Tuesday. I found one at Home Depot on Friday. It was a scratch and sent. I spoke with Bill in plumbing. My husband also spoke with him. We needed to purchase a part that Home Depot did not carry. They put the water heater on hold. However when we went back today to get it. It was sold to someone else. I am beyond pissed. I will be calling corporate.
Worst customer service ever. Came in to drop $3k on a riding mower and no one could tell us any information about deliveries or transporting it. They all looked like deer in headlights and stood there staring at us like we were supposed to know what to do.
Rude, and took an hour just to get my order right.
Love them only for certain stuff, call me to let you know what not to buy
