All of the associates were super, super helpful! The guy in the paint dept was very nice and wished me good luck with my painting project!
Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Screwed up nearly every aspect of my kitchen renovation. Stay far far away from this place.
Horrible customer service, had a refrigerator deliver. They never really set it up. Didn't put it in place, never removed the film, or installed the handles. Never level it. What did I pay for. NEVER again. Very rude to me too.
The order online / pick up in store option is amazing, and saves me a ton of time. Usually my orders are ready within an hour from the time placed. Also, customer service is amazing. The water cooler I bought for my office started to leak, 10 months after purchase. I called to find out how I go about replacing it as there is a factory 1 year warranty, but I knew I didn't have a receipt. Ordered and paid for a fridge last week was supposed to be delivered today. Got a phone call yesterday that the fridge would be delivered between 2 and 6. Quarter of 6 my fiancee called to check on the status which they responded the delivery people were running behind. OK I can understand that, but a curiosity call would have been nice. 7:00 rolled around and still no call so I called and apparently the fridge never came in so the phone call from the day before was a mistake and they either lied to my finance or to me.
