I have stopped shopping there because they are very lax about the mask wearing policy. I saw both workers and customers not wearing masks.

So i purchased flooring from you on 2 occasions as well as other products. I purchased all items using my credit card. My ex stole the products and than returned them to your stores for store credit/cash. Came in to buy 27 boxes of porcelain floor tile that we chose online. Asked an older woman in flooring to make sure there was enough stock, her response “get a cart and start loading it”. The stock was on the floor, as we got about 15 boxes loaded we couldn’t reach back far enough without crawling under the shelf. I had the most lovely experience with Ro this morning! She helped me find exactly what I needed, including a larger cart! She definitely made my experience a pleasant one! You are lucky to have Ro as your employee!
Let people in like Lowe's and staff enough people to help find/cut stuff. This place is unaccommodating for as much money as I've spent here in the last year. It's amazing how lowes practices social distancing and enforces the guidlines but lets anyone in...and therefore business seems normal and not crowded. HD needs to learn something
I rented a power tool at the Allentown South store on Thursday afternoon. Paid the $150 deposit. Returned the tool in less than three hours. Was given a slip marked "balance returned today $104.42." The $150 charge was taken out immediately. Five days later the $104.42 balance has not been returned. The store does not answer the phone, either on the main number or the tool rental number. I recommend that you change the curb side pick up marketing to tell people to buy stuff from Amazon, it will get there quicker. Stuff ordered for pick up yesterday, you all took our money right away, but order may take an ADDITIONAL SIX DAYS!
