The service was extremely lacking for this location and the entire company as a whole. Problems with my appliance/delivery were brought to the attention of several staff members, managers, and corporate customer service reps until the issue was somewhat resolved. It took over 2 months to deal with this issue, and so far it has not been resolved completely. Excellent service by PRICILLA , who found the Husky wet/dry vac I found on the internet. The vac was a December special so not in the tool crib- it was hidden away in some racks. Pricilla looked in the Tool Crib and not finding it there she said she would look in another place. She did not stop until she found it for me. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE - this was TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE ( shouting for joy for all the help inn getting my new vac).
