Worker selling home improvements with no mask on, next to line of patrons entering store. Pathetic
Worse customer service dealing with these employees. Was screamed at and then told to go shop at Lowe’s.
I ordered a kitchen light, bulbs, and plates for our kitchen. I did online so we wouldn’t have to go to the store as we both have a immune system deficiency. The light cost 59.97 and they want to charge me 35.00 to ship it express to me. I don’t need express as they are shipping the rest of my order. Now I have to go to the store to pick it up. Although there was an employee standing there doing nothing, he refused to cut the wainscoting that I was purchasing so that I could install it into my kitchen. very, very poor customer service.

Literally just walked away from a big purchase because two employees both told us to “go find someone who works in that department” without batting an eyelash. Pitiful customer service. Sorry boys, off to Lowe’s with my cash.
