I have never had a problem with this store.. I like this 1 better n I'm closer to Dearborn location.. I find everything I need
never had a problem here, i've always gotten great service and help finding what i need. i love their kids workshop program, the staff who run it are always excited about their job and make my son feel like he's a part of their team. they had an easter egg hunt this spring and santa in store after thanksgiving.
I like this place but they always under staff and have not taught employees how to treat customers.
They only had one person in the entire store that knew anything about flooring. He was with a couple for at least 20 minutes, and didn't even acknowledge the other customers. I am taking my business across the street to Menards.
