This store is beyond terrible. God forbid you have to deal with the managers. I'm on my 5th week of trying to get a refund from an overcharge by a Tool Rental rep who by the way was rude as hell. Managers say they'll call you, but they won't. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO DO, AND DO IT URGENTLY.
Worse experience ever I will never visit here again.
Needed to pick up some stuff for the yard & checked if Home Depot was dog friendly. They are so brought him with. The staff was super helpful with helping me find what I need.
We had a good visit as always. They even pulled up my husband's information so he could use his store credit card since he didn't have it on him. We were able to get assistance for everything we were looking for. Top job home depot. I absolutely love good customer service.
