Horrible service. I had a fairly large order scheduled for delivery, and they delivered part of it said the rest was out for delivery from another store. I received an email about an hour later stating my entire order was delivered – and it was not. I called they said oh don't worry your other items are still out for delivery. 10 hours later two and a half hours on the phone, I'm told - sorry you have to place a dispute with your credit card you received your entire order. This is why cleaning products are so hard to find. The employees get all of it for their friends while we wait in lines wrapped around the block. I guess it’s cool if you have the hookup with a hood rat. What a shame!!!
how about filling an online order for pickup faster than 2 days and actually pick up your phone when someone calls. I cancelled my order and placed it at another location. guess what the order was filled 30 mins later and ready for pick up.
I ordered dewalt lawn tools (weed eater, etc $400 worth) last Sunday. On Tuesday I called to find out when I could pick up the order and I was told they had over 300 online orders placed in one day. The associate told me it would be around 3 days for pick-up. Here I am Thursday (5 days later) and still nothing. I cancelled the order!! RecommendedHow come you arent using secondary entrance for a drive up pick up... why are you making people line up with regular shoppers when they could be in their cars and you text or call to come to door and receive online orders... truly dumb system... hate your waste of resources and time
1. They messed up my online order and gave me a 2x8 and 8" brackets when I ordered a 2x10 and 10 inch brackets. 2. I placed another online order over the weekend that said it would be ready Sunday 4/5. I understand things are busy but I have no idea what the status of the order is because it has said pending since I placed the order 3. I have called MULTIPLE times during different parts of the day and the phone just rings and rings so I have no way of even checking on the status of this order.
Worst Home Depot ever!!! The help just sucks !!! Customer service blows

Waited 2 weeks for someone to come out and quote a shower remodel for us.. and they never showed up! called the store and reciever horrible customer service from an employee named Princess.
