Terrible customer service. Employees either pointing you in the general direction of where you might find your item, telling you to ask someone else, or simply just ignoring you. Left without purchasing anything.

The Home Depot (13500 Middlebelt, Livonia, MI) has really turned out to be the Grinch who stole Christmas. Early this fall we ordered new kitchen cabinets and paid their person to come measure not once but twice and the designer did the design based on those measurements and they are WRONG! Add to that I questioned the designer twice about how I thought the lazy susan would not fit the way they wanted to put it and I was assured it would be fine and of course it's not. You can not find anyone to assist you in the electrical department ! Looked around for fifteen minutes . Walked to costumer service with a guy that was to busy on the phone and operating a register to help .
the classes are fun and yiu learn to make cool projects.
