This gym is a disgrace , the gym is tiny , the equipment is poor , the facility has no working a/c , there are no staff members or reception staff , they have lost all there members ever since TIC health took over. I used to enjoy this gym 5 years ago but now it is the worst gym I have been too. All they want is your money and they will charge you and not cancel your membership even if your dying or relocate .. AVOID THIS GYM !!!!!!!!!!!! Worst gym ever since the company taken over by TIC Health . I was treated very bad with bailiff letters coming to my door after I tried to cancel my membership due to medical reasons and the membership team had no compassion and was keep trying to charge me despite me phyically unable to go to the gym . The gym is very small and has no actual staff members in the gym and there is no reception and the line is always busy .. Disgraceful company , This gym needs closing down.

£35 I found very expensive..no class ..I was members before they closedown..I tried so many times joined online but not working because of my I was already member..I’ve been visiting twice staff members don’t have any clue..

No wonder they are losing members so rapidly! Turned up last week with my partner. Got greeted by a not so friendly member of staff on your new entrance. Queried our membership and got nothing in response but a "don't know about that" no offer to look into anything I asked. No apologies for water machine being broken for 2/3 months. Was not allowed a day or guess pass.
