RecommendedGreat park to live in. No longer they are like “stereo type””known as trailer parks” They are beautiful homes jus like regular built homes. Ours is 1900+ square feet with all the latest amenity.

As a long time resident. I have seen many changes in mgt. as well as ownership. since the current owner, Hometown America and their hired mgt.representatives, it appears the best interest of residents is not of value. The services. maintenance, and general appearance is not at utmost importance. Our monthly rental lot fees have increased every year. Attitudes have decresed.

RecommendedWe have owned a home here since 2010 and divide our time between LAL and up north..It is a lovely community with so much to offer in the way of activities. Everyone is very friendly. It is a pet friendly retirement community so you can bring your fur baby and be welcomed! The grounds are very very well maintained. The nine hole golf course is nice! The location can not be beat! RecommendedFantastic and fun community with quiet, pretty streets and walking trails. Pet friendly, dog park, lakes, fountains, a pier, multiple pools, tennis courts, too many activities to mention. Or you can just chill. We have enjoyed many years of easy-living with great access to shopping, beaches, restaurants, and Fort Myers historic downtown & waterfront.
