I’ve sent emails to this property on more than 2 occasions over the past few months and never received a response. I travelled to Florida a few days ago scouting potential properties for my retirement in 2020. I went to this community today since I never received a response. I went to the gate and called the sales office two or three times. No answer. It was in the 2pm hour and they were supposedly open. If you do all the manager wants you to do then you wont be harassed! You will be sorry if you move in here, mark my words. Hometown does not care about you only the money for the rent. I have lived here long before Hometown took over. Horrible, relentless people.
Wonderfull People, Wonderful staff and a bunch of things to do!
We love living here! With all of the amenities and the beautiful Prescott National Forest at our doorstep, life is pretty darn great! The place is well kept and always friendly. The complaints about the HOA fees are pretty silly considering the area and the quality of life here. We are on a fixed income but find that Prescott and Pine Lakes is quite a bit less expensive (55% Less!) when compared with our prior home in Los Angeles.
We love the community and all of the functions that go on daily. You stay active and everyone is so friendly.
