Our neighbors are very friendly and were all very welcoming when we moved in. We have made some fantastic friends and love all the activities and amenities available in the community.

RecommendedWell maintained community with lots of activities for all interests. Cose to all kinds of shopping and easy access to I95 that will get you to even more shopping in Viera, Sebastian, Cocoa Beach, Vero Beach, and Orlando. Melbourne Beach is only about 25 minutes on a heavy traffic day.

When we drove up to the gates of Lakes of Melbourne I said "This is where I want to live" So almost 11 years ago we bought our first house in LOM and now I LIVE IN PARADISE Love my neighbors and I love the community, Beautiful place to live the grounds are beautifully landscaped and our Maintance Man does a great job with daily upkeep.
