RecommendedLiving in the highlands is truly 😎, we enjoy the community dinners. So far everyone has been friendly and welcoming. Dade City is very quaint, it reminds of the little mid-west town I was born it. Our little dog 🐕 is also happy here. The golf course and farms surrounding our community is very pleasant. So glad we moved here.

As a long time resident. I have seen many changes in mgt. as well as ownership. since the current owner, Hometown America and their hired mgt.representatives, it appears the best interest of residents is not of value. The services. maintenance, and general appearance is not at utmost importance. Our monthly rental lot fees have increased every year. Attitudes have decresed.
