Great place to golf and a nice bar with food. Awesome community also.
Lovely community with friendly people. Beautiful views of rolling hills. Great spot to watch the rocket launches! Plenty of events to enjoy. Great salesman- Edgar is extremely helpful but not pushy.

The very best thing about this community is the fact that everyone here is truly very welcoming and very happy that we have moved here, everyone is so genuine. The location here in Central Florida is just beautiful. The Community offers more things to do than you can possibly keep up with, it has given us an opportunity to stay as active and as busy socializing as you want to. We have made some very wonderful friends, we wake up every day grateful for having taken this path in our lives.
Just moved here from Massachusetts and we love it. Haven’t had much time to get involved with all the activities yet, busy getting settled but looking forward to taking advantage of many of the amenities offered. Everyone has been wonderful in welcoming us!
Living in the highlands is truly 😎, we enjoy the community dinners. So far everyone has been friendly and welcoming. Dade City is very quaint, it reminds of the little mid-west town I was born it. Our little dog 🐕 is also happy here. The golf course and farms surrounding our community is very pleasant. So glad we moved here.
We were so impressed with our earlier visit in 2018, we bought our second home... couldn’t be more excited
