These apts. are not horrible but not great their old and they try to charge you for miscellaneous charges that aren't are your agreement they try to find anything to fine you for, Then when you put in a work order they don't come and fix till days or weeks later. I think the maintenance staff is friendly and some of the staff in the office. Some of the staff members could use a class in customer service and the gym sucks it small and half the equipment doesn't even work. I love these apartments.... Love that they have things to do every once in awhile for everyone it is nice. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in ! Two years to get the falling apart , dangerous front porch poorly repaired. Six months to get a toilet that leaked onto floor fixed. Rude and disrespectful staff. Parking lot is a nightmare, it floods every time it rains. I have reserved parking pay extra for it for two years and they took my spot and gave it to someone else told me I have to move. I hate it here . Worst experience possible. Current remnant that is fed up witth this craps!!!!!
This place is shit the assistant manager Courtney is not customer friendly the maintenance is shit they want 785 for a few items left in cabinets and damages that were there prior to my moving in or that occurred due to maintenance failing to respond in a timely manor. I request a supervisor and get a stupid email from the same person I said I dont want to deal with and they wonder why reviews are so bad! Avoid this place
sorry money hungry staff do they really think the extra money they charge us go to this apt.of course not they don't fix shit on time this is a sorry ass place to live don't do it don't do it
I lost my apartment in the fire last year. Four months later there was still no explanation as to why.
