they will ruin your credit for the smallest infractions. told me I needed to tell them 60 days in advance that I'm moving out. they told me that 59 days before now I have to pay for 2 months rent and I dont even get to stay. they power trip on ruining people's lives
We’ve had maintenance requests open since we moved in in January. We didn’t have heat the first four days we moved in and it took a threat to report them to the city to get that resolved. If they continue this nonsense, I’ll be consulting a lawyer on how to protect my roommate and I from the Hendrix’s utter incompetence and lack of caring.
I would Def, like to get a hold of the owners of this property. My son got there money already fully paid and they didn't not allow him to get into the apartment. Alexandria property manager very in professional. My son had no where else to stay and she didn't want to return the money back either. Just because he couldn't make it on time on Saturday. If I if I could give it something less than 1 I will this apartments are the worst and they take a long time to fix something that it's not even complicated they are not even worth what I'm paying for the people in the office are rude I am totally upset right now
This place is retarded this is the second year in a row they impromptu closed the pool for no ither reason then it rained. Either they need to close it for good or hire themselves a better pool service. I live with a pool technician and I know rain is an excuse so they dont have to bother with it.the money my family spends here for rent and they cant even keep there facilities operating its absolutely ridiculous.
