Crime ridden, and bug infested. Had people doing drugs on the sidewalk in front of my kids. Then they had the nerve to put extra charges on my credit when we moved out. Thumbs down.
You know I wasn’t going to do this but tonight just kinda tipped me over the edge about this place. First year not a problem, second year has been nothing short of hell. Mail has been stolen at least 8 times in a year and don’t worry, they left the same mailbox so it’ll happen again. I’ve had my vehicle broken into twice in the past four months. I made the mistake of choosing this complex to be the first where I would list my name as the primary renter. I wish I could do it over. The initial deposit cost me $300, which isn't bad at all. I was also liable to pay $1,148 on the morning of move in. This included a $450 pet fee. This isn't a deposit, it's a fee. I was told the complex would charge us more at move-out, by a long time resident, for cleaning because I have a dog. This is absolutely an extortionate practice. ...Continue Reading
worst place i ever lived.. roach infested, unsafe neighborhood, unfriendly staff not willing to accommodate ANY of your needs. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! terrible terrible complex.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since the day I moved in I've had so many issues. I moved in to a flea infested carpet which in turn gave my cat fleas as well. I put in a pest control report and all they did was "check the carpet"... which was something I already did by living in the filth. After fighting with them to get rid of the fleas they did nothing about it and I had to, out of pocket, buy spray and get rid of them myself. Rented for 1 year, gave notice and moved out, paid up and 1 month later inquired about my deposit or at least a statement indicating where it was spent. Was informed the cleaning bill for repair and cleaning was over 3oo dollars. Told them to send me a statement showing where all the money was spent and I would pay it.
