It’s been waiting for maintenance requests for over long periods while we move in. My experience when I’m move in there lots needs fixing and still waiting.

Horrible experience! If you're thinking about moving here please check reviews and rating score before please do your research. There is no fireplaces or microwaves!! My stove was not working on day of move in! The dishwasher was dirty nasty!! The garbage disposal was full of stuff and making loud noises. The whole apartment was horrible its needs to be remodeled for the price they charge. Oh and I had to pay 689.51 on move in day after already paying almost 700 dollars(surprise!!). The Hendrix has been a consistent let down for over a year. Little to no time for warning that impact residents lives. Today I was informed we will have no power in less than 24 hours for an undisclosed duration of time. I called the front office to see what would be available for people working from home and in need of WiFi or somewhere with AC when the temp will be over 100 degrees. I emailed the office because I got a package by mistake so that they could get it to the correct tenant. And the office has been harrassing me via email all afternoon that it's not their problem and it's somehow my fault. I also have spiders in my apartment, bites all over my body. I ALSO was promised a dishwasher with my amenities. We do have one but it doesn't work. I let them know as soon as we moved in. They said we'd get a new one. That was in February. It's June and my lease is almost halfway done. Still no dishwasher.... read more
I love leasing at The Hendrix. They painted them and I love the blue doors. Chantalle is my favorite. The price and the size can't be beat.
Easily the worse apartment complex I’ve lived in. I’ve had 2 leaks due to someone else’s negligence. Each time they took days to come repair the leaks. Which did nothing but let mold grow in my walls and ceiling which my dog is allergic to, I made them aware of this multiple times but noone in the front office seems to care if he gets sick.
We just moved in recently from across the country. Some of the reviews that we had seen prior to our move-in led us to be doubtful, but the front office has been nothing but helpful throughout the process. They're kind and our place is nice and quiet. Beautiful apartment complexes. Parking may be a bit tight, but they're working on that. all in all, it's been a great experience living here thus far and I'm glad that my family chose this location to stay. Also, everything we need is in close proximity! Great Location!
There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Even their published rental rates are deceptive, as they'll add on a long list of fees that you can't opt out of. Crime is rampant, maintenance, customer service, and parking are virtually non-existant and, even though they have a long history of catastrophic fires, they still ignore smoking and sparking appliances.
