Dr. Lawrence and Dana, in ICU were shockingly without compassion and downright rude to us when we were finally allowed to visit my brother in his last hour before his death. We understand the COVID-19 precautions; however my brother was in critical condition in ICU from Wednesday April 1st through Sunday, April 5th in critical condition and non-responsive. RecommendedI had my first appointment with Dr. Caldwell and Aisha RN, in the Multispeciality Clinic yesterday for my knees. They were both so wonderful to sit and talk to, they patiently handled all my questions and concerns with compassion. Everyone I met here was just super nice.
