Patient requests for help are ignored. Prescribed medications are not delivered on a timely bases. Calls to nurses station go unanswered. Family requests for patient updates ignored. Care packages left at front desk to be delivered to patients not delivered in a timely manner. Not the place to leave loved ones.

My girlfriend just delivered here and let me just say it was an awesome experience, made easier by an amazing and compassionate staff that eased all her fears (along with mine). My girlfriend was diagnosed with preeclampsia the day they decided to deliver the baby early, and thanks to an attentive staff of nurses they were able to diagnose it properly to make this decision. Every single nurse from Marta to Vanessa and everyone else was a pleasure to be around, and they never once made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable or like... read more

My mother just passed away yesterday, charge nurse came and yelled at us we weren’t even in a group of five telling us to get out of the hospital without wristbands, when doctors and nurses let us upstairs to say goodbye to my mother. She stalled a very fragile moment in our life being rude, in fact other nurses say that she’s hateful to everybody she is in the wrong practice

The staff in the ER shows ZERO compassion or understanding for your situation. My husband was in a motorcycle accident hitting the side of a SUV head on literally he hit the window with his head first at about 100mph (I know WAY to fast). However when he arrived at the emergency they gave him morphine for pain which knocked him out. Once he came to he was in shock and began to act a little irritate. Due to this they refused to treat him and discharged him with a fracture in his nose & leg an suggested to follow up with his d... read more

My acute abdomen relative (29, athletic girl) was left in excrutiating pain for 36 hrs (as I write this, and still counting)- was given one morphine/fentanyl after another. GI cocktail made it even worse, pain 10/10 since admission, drs didn't bother to come bedside. CT negative, nobody knows the diagnosis as of now. 24 hrs after admission she was ordered MRI- ffwd, another 12 hrs, still waiting. Nurse unable to reach dr to add "STAT" to MRI order (which she proactively wanted to do even before I suggested it). When that was ... read more

My sister just had a baby there. Her overall experience was fine, but with everything going on with Covid-19, the hospital understandably only allowed her husband to come in, which we all agree with. However, as she is trying to finalize her discharge from the hospital, some random photographer shows up and starts forcing them to take photos even though my sister refused multiple times. The photographer also used props and blankets that had been used from baby to baby, person to person and room to room. Explain to me exactly... read more
