I don't recommend the nurse hiring events or candidate process. They ghost you and don't follow up.

How could HCA Houston improve? You could LISTEN TO YOUR NURSES, you could actually follow through on what you tell a patient during the 90 seconds you see them. You could have your physicians and specialists actually SPEAK WITH the patients, instead of merely entering into file. You could have Pain Management get a response time of less than 24 to 48 hours, stop discharging patients without ANY PAIN MANAGEMENT available and no one to call, you could make your Attending Physicians aware that they cannot simply discharge witho... read more

If i could give no stars i would!! i used to love this hospital but they have gone down BAD! I went in Wednesday because i have a allergic reaction to something i had ate and i was having chest pains and my left arm hurting they gave me meds and basically told me to leave i didn't even see a dr. I ended up going to other hospital to get checked out... This Hospital doesn't care about you rather see u die!!!! DON'T GO HERE STAY AWAY!! RUNNNNN

The care here is so slow. Every thing that has been said as far as time schedule is off by 12 hours. The nursing staff has been very helpful on addressing questions but the drs have been hell. It’s been one excuse after another for the delays in treatment and surgery. In the future I would not even bring my dog here.
