Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. After a 16-hour flight, we arrived at 9 AM and weren’t allowed to check in until 3 PM — even with FoundersCard membership. The staff was friendly but wildly unprofessional; concierge and security often ignored us altogether.
