Super close to the train station and other public transport, clean and comfy suites, can be a lot of stairs, nice view of the town
Lovely place. Great staff. Didn't have food but looked good , smelt fantastic, would definitely be back
Location: Excellent, especially if you're travelling to Carlisle by train as it's less than 5 minutes walk. They also have purpose parking. Room: I stayed in a standard suite, which was essentially a studio apartment with self catering facilities. No issues with room at all, great value for what you get. Hotel: There was a gym onsite, which I didn't have time to use, but definitely a plus. They also have catering under a restaurant named Penny Blue, which served top tier food. Very good accommodation. Two bedroom apartment was very nice. Overnight parking not too expensive. Location good. Centre of Carlisle but only 10 minutes, if that from the M6. Dog friendly. No food available on a Monday night but good carry out just across the road. Would use again.
