Rooms were beautiful, location is lovely and rural with nice walks nearby. 100% recommend

Popped in for a beer on a Saturday lunchtime whilst on a local pub walk. Excellent service, friendly staff and great country pub atmosphere. Food looked excellent - will definitely be back for a lunch.
We were greeted by female staff which were fantastic. However it was after 315pm on a Sunday and they disappeared which is when the guy sat in the bar kept walking passed us, not once did he speak then as he was behind the bar I guessed he was the landlord and I asked to pay. He was matter of fact, we found his manner to be arrogant. Such a shame as the pub, food, coffee and other staff were h
