Feeling pretty gutted about this review to be honest. I've been to Hollie twice before and it's always been amazing, albeit the first time I went the appointment was rescheduled twice and the second time it was half an hour late. I booked in again for the 16th July as a birthday treat paying a deposit. Received a message from Hollie at 9am to cancel due to an unplanned hospital appointment and said she would rearrange. never got booked in for the service. Booked in June as a birthday gift, looked forward to having this done after birth to be cancelled on 6am the day of my appointment. I was very understanding, gave dates to a lady at the salon who text me for when I’m available but didn’t hear back. Over a week later I contacted the number on the website to receive no reply again. Hollie was fab she made you feel so welcome ..i didnt know what to expect but it was lovely,felt so relaxed ..my daughter paid for my birthday treat so it was perfect ❤️

Absolutely Amazing! This was my first ever hair spa treatment and it was so relaxing! Holly is beyond brilliant and made me feel so at ease as soon as I walked through the door, she is super friendly. We did a scalp analysis and she talked me through the whole thing, then we got into the hair treatment which was just bliss and so peaceful. At the end I had a coffee whilst she dried my hair! Definitely definitely recommend.
