My partner phoned late last night to try get me an appointment for my birthday, staff where more than accommodating, I let the staff work their magic and trusted their judgement, 3 hours later I feel like a new woman, absolutely love my colour and cut, staff so friendly and couldn't do enough, went above and beyond for all their clients while I was there, definitely be recommending The Hair Lounge 😊
Went for a haircut yesterday and they cut it dry (not sprayed with water) this has left me with an uneven cut. Wouldn’t recommend if they are messing up the basic hairdressing tasks 👎

Never been happy with how I’ve left the salon - Haircut or colour. Staff are unfriendly and there just isn’t a very nice vibe about the place.
