Made to feel so welcome,tea coffee and a biscuit if you want!! Fiona is on another level!!! She as always make me feel like I'm the only person in the salon, I wouldn't go elsewhere!!

Posting to stop others being out of pocket and getting their hair destroyed by this salon i added photos of how bad my roots where when i was sent of of the salon it looks untouched but the manager charged me 114 for this and my child's cut and blowdry Iwas booked in for a full head of foils the hair stylest tried to talk me into a tbar I said no as im block blonde and that wouldn't look right that il just get a root tint if she can't do it she then said she would do it like a tbar but pack it out so u wont see roots anywher... read more

My partner phoned late last night to try get me an appointment for my birthday, staff where more than accommodating, I let the staff work their magic and trusted their judgement, 3 hours later I feel like a new woman, absolutely love my colour and cut, staff so friendly and couldn't do enough, went above and beyond for all their clients while I was there, definitely be recommending The Hair Lounge 😊
