Very poor customer service in this salon. Went here and had my hair cut by Nicola but every time I was due for another appointment I found it almost impossible to get through to them. I tried phoning left voice message on their phone and text messages with no immediate reply. After 2 days of waiting I messaged the salon again asking them to disregard my request for an appointment.
