My appointment got cancelled without warning. Showed up on time to my scheduled appointment and was turned away because I did not “Confirm”. No courtesy call, no text message (except them wanting me to enter my card details). I booked tons of appointments through Fresha, I never had this issue. Shame I cannot give zero.

Booked an appointment with Neesey at the Guild Rooms for Balyage. After not being to a proper hairdressers in years I was quite skeptical about going to get my hair done, met Neesey for a consultation and she spent a good amount of time assessing my hair and discussing various ways to do the balyage. Booked my hair in a few days later and she spent an amazing amount of time to make my hair look incredible. Her service was fantastic, she was so easy to talk to and she made my hair look amazing. Leeanne does a great job with my hair and the girls get all sorts of treatments done on their nails. The misses says she has amazing massages from Joanna so I’m looking forward to getting a full body massage soon.
