The work to replace and seal the grout in our shower was completed four days ago. We will use the shower tomorrow for the first time, so this evaluation may be premature. That said, to this point we are please with the speed with which GroutSmith responded to our request for an estimate, and what appears to be very good workmanship. The GroutSmith personnel were very polished and professional, and the work was accomplished according to our expectations.

Groutsmith provided exactly the service they promised. On time for all stages to re-grout a leaking 2nd story outside patio deck. Always professional, courteous & amicable despite the blazing hot weather conditions of the job. Special kudos to Robert, who endured the the worst of it. Can't fully rate the quality & value yet because I won't know if the leaks are fully sealed untl it rains again, but can't help but believe the quality of their work equals the quality of their professionals.
