Not what I was expecting!
They did an excellent job removing and replacing grout in my tile and being real careful and not breaking any tile

Great business! They came in and did everything I asked plus some additional work (at no cost I may add) and the work was great! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and professional!! Definitely recommend!
This was not the leased expensive offer; but the best answer to my over all problems. The total work hours were equal to the cost of the job. I could not have done it as well myself. We are on our last day of setting and drying. Looks great. Will check back in a month to report any changes.
As an out-of-state landlord, I am at the mercy of contractors to coordinate the work with my tenants. In the past, I have had difficulty with professionalism, in that the contractors would treat the tenant as the customer, rather than me. With both Mike and Michele, who handled my phone calls, I was impressed with their excellent communication skills and respect for me and my relationship with my tenants. They were a good company BUT the first crew that came out didn't do a good job at all. I called the owner and he came out and apologized and sent out another person which did an excellent job. If I would have had the second guy first I would have given them 5 stars all the way.
This team was quick to respond to my requests. Made very effort to keep me informed. They did what they said they would do with no surprises. Technician was on time, skilled and answered all my questions. I will be recommending them to others and will hire them again for more services they offer.
They did a great job. My grout looks awesome.
