the job was expensive: $3,000. the workers were friendly, and I trusted them. quality of work was good, I wanted all the grout to be flat but I guess they couldn't do that, some grout lines are deeper than others. the workers said I would come home to a clean floor but it was not. I could see the workers foot steps through out the house. the floor had a fine layer of dust over it. the workers did leave me a bottle of cleaning product.

Only issue I have is that I had sent several emails that I never got a response to, and ended up having to call by phone to get a respnnse.

The tile flooring and grout were extremely dirty. The technician did an excellent job and the tile and grout look very nice. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional.
