Came on time. Did excellent job. Gave many examples on keeping caulking dry. Would use them again.
Pros from start to finish. We are using them again on our second bathroom. A repeat customer is the best review!

Grout didn't quite match on floor repair, attitude issue with owner, and too much money for what you get in return. Needed to be 150.00 less.

Although we try very hard to please every customer, there was a little confusion on the day work was scheduled. The color used was the color the client choose, had we been aware of it being off we would have been more than happy to make the correction. We are very sorry to not have had the opportunity to do so.
The work was good. I did have to check the work when he said he was done. I pointed out some spots that were not to my satisfaction. He had to go back over it. They also do not cover there shoes when they come in the house. We still have not used the shower because we are waiting for five days. They used the sink in he bathroom to clean up their thingd and did not clean the sink.

GroutSmith was very quick to respond to my inquiry via email, as opposed to hounding my with incessant phone calls, which are not very convenient for me to take throughout the work day. Showed up for a free estimate within a few days and had the job completed that same Saturday. Mike was a great installer and it was even his birthday! He left behind a sample size bottle of the white sealer and said I could do the adjoining Jacuzzi next to the shower enclosure if I wanted to. Looks good! haven't tried the shower area. Have to wait 5 days. and 21 days for floors. Color looks terrific and fresh! Workers were informative and answered all questions we had.
The technicians were prompt, worked quickly and did a wonderful job. From start to finish it was easy to work with Mike (the owner) and the rest of his team.
I am really pleased with the job Groutsmith did in my master shower..... it looks brand new.... thank you for finding this wonderful company. I will recommend them to my friends.
