I had a delightful experience at The Greenbriar Inn, a classy restaurant with romantic ambiance. The server was knowledgeable and attentive. I couldn't decide on a cocktail and the server had a tasty concoction mixed specifically to my liking. The food was delicious and well presented. Lovely property inside and out.
A new chef from France who has just joined the staff will be a great addition to this Boulder County landmark. We were already aware of subtle changes to the menu and service that reflect a slightly more continental approach to dining from the fine American cuisine that has always been offered at the Greenbriar.
I love the relaxed feel of this place â?? like a comfortable dining room in a friends home.
First time dining here was special. Great service and high quality food in a relaxing peaceful admosphere. For special occasions.
It was a nice evening; there was an unexpected wait (despite my reservation); the waiter was friendly and spent time advising about menu selection and my wife and I enjoyed the entree. The deserts were tasty, but diminutive in portions - such a scant bit of ice cream. Given the business of the restaurant, the minor lapses did not lessen the good overall experience
What a lovely Christmas Eve experience. They were crowded so it took awhile to get our entree, but I wouldn't want a dinner like this to be rushed anyway. Friendly staff, enchanting decorations, incredible meal. Heading back for my birthday!

We went to the Greenbriar for our anniversary. The ambience, food, and service helped make the occasion very special. We have been going to the Greenbriar over the years and it has managed to stay very fresh and vibrant. The wine selection was amazing with something for every taste and budget.
The server was excellent and the food was superb! Our server staged our orders in a very relaxing way and really made our dining very nice. The atmosphere was really very nice and the pace of dining was slow and casual.
