Wonderful Valentine menu, lots of thought to detail like the macaroons in a small gift box to take home.
Sunday Brunch is a must! Such a cool place with so much history...wait staff was very professional and classy. A perfect place for a great date spot, great food, and in such a unique beautiful scenery!
We had our wedding two weeks ago at the Greenbriar and it was nothing short of amazing!!! We had the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors and the reception was indoors in the main dining room. The cabin lawn for the ceremony was so perfect, with the fall colors and then the foothills behind. The Friday evening was perfect. The salads was fresh and alive, no sodium nitrate on the lettuce leaves for preservative. We requested a single salad and was presented to us in an appropriative individual serving. An old elegant tradition and rarely experienced treat was the sorbet before the main entrée. We had dinner there last night. And to say it was by far the best meal we have had for quite a while is an understatement. Totally enjoyable. We were reminiscing about meals in previous years, the staff listened to our stories....laughed with us and made us an off the menu Oysters Rockefeller--which was the best surprise appetizer for the evening. Now we need to get ourselves out of the house more often and enjoy The Greenbriar Inn more often!
We did not partake in dessert but enjoyed watching the tableside preparation of the classic Bananas Foster at a nearby table. We may have to try that next time. The service from our head server and the young gentleman who topped up our water was absolutely top-notch. Present but not obtrusive. Knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the background music superb.

We had visited some other venues in the area while we were planning last year and this was the only one that made us feel like we weren't just another tab on their sales column for the year. We have so many happy memories from our wedding day with our friends and families at the Greenbriar Inn and we would not change a thing! THANK YOU!
