Been coming here for fifteen years and almost always enjoyed myself. The menu has changed a little every time I've been, but not too much. Great for special occasions. I've been told brunch is great here by my family but have yet to experience it myself.
Went for a wedding here on Saturday and had such a wonderful time! The grounds are stunning, they face the mountains and everything is very polished and well maintained. The wedding was a champagne brunch, and on the menu were eggs benedict, prime rib, chicken marsala, french toast, fruits and cheeses, salad, pepper pasta, and so much more. Everything tasted delicious. The staff was very attentive and took care of every guest.
Went there for brunch today & the food & service was impeccable! EVERYONE was helpful and very nice. It's no wonder this great place has been successful since 1967. I've never had a bad experience here,ever! ..and I've been going since 1981! Bravo!
I have been going to the Greenbriar for about 25 years, for family occasions, friend's weddings, mother's and father's days, and it has always been amazing! The atmosphere has been the same this whole time, and the food is ALWAYS great. We just went there again for my stepdad's birthday, and thought after 25 years it would be a good time to finally write a review about how much I love this place! I usually get either the Beef Wellington or the Filet Mignon, so I highly recommend those.
Beautiful place. If you need to experience something special, this is it! If you are looking for a meal to remember, this is the place. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, attentive, and all around professional. Our meal was out of this world! Best Beef Wellington I have ever had! Everything about The Greenbriar Inn has solidified that I will always make this a priority stop when I am in Boulder (not living in Boulder is the only negative I can give this review because I won't be able to come more often).
We went here for the champagne brunch for our anniversary. The staff was attentive and kind. And the food on the buffet was fresh and delicious. And unlimited champagne for mimosas kept my glass full! We definitely recommend the Sunday brunch for a special occasion, or even just if you feel like treating yourself after a long week!
Best Beef Wellington and Ceasar salad I have ever had. Top 5 wine list in the state at affordable prices that are unheard-of. 30 years after my first visit and the property is more beautiful than ever...inside and out.
I love this restaurant, and tonight I got to introduce it to a couple of my girlfriends. We had a fabulous evening, that was made even better by our bartender. The ambiance, the food, the drinks, the attention ... well done!
A favorite elegant dining experience. Great menu. Creative presentations. Sumptuous tastes and traditional favorites never disappoint. Memorable for special occasions with family or friends and especially for celebrations. So much goes into creating the perfect experience with food and surroundings. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday most years at this lovely location and especially this year with family. Beautiful music.
