Happy Again! The Greenbriar Inn food is back to it's former high standards of food quality and proparation!! The service is still stellar and the selection of food at brunch is outstanding! Improvements in the parking area are appreciated although the local bicyclists can still be a pain to deal with on the weekends. But I am always happy to dine at the Greenbriar Inn!
This is where you good for excellent food, nice atmosphere and fine cuisine. One of the few excellent restaurants along the Front Range. If you go for a special brunch, like Mother's Day or the Holidays, you are in for an even more delightful treat. It is pricey but excellent fair. You will not be disappointed. A lovely appointed restaurant with all the charm and etiquette of yesterday. I took a chance that they'd have availability and that my attire would be appropriate. I was relieved to find that folks in suits were actually attending a wedding on site. Seated immediately I challenged the server requesting The Englishman - and drink that was delivered to me with all it's glory. I ordered the halibut and it was amazing. Two couples and a grand daughter celebrated wedding anniversaries. The meal and event were both delightful. Service was very good. All the meals were presented nicely and were very good, except could have had less salt used. Highly recommend this restaurant.
