we had a great time the food was good and the staff was attentive
We had a special Birthday dinner for my wife in early May. We had a table of 8. It was amazing, 12 courses and the presentation, wine, drinks, service and taste was out of this world. One of the best restaurants in all of Colorado for sure.

The setting is beautiful anytime of the year. If you want to dress up and enjoy your Sunday.....I would highly recommend the Greenbriar!
My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary.My boyfriend got the steak frites, whatever they do to pepper Crust the steak (it seemed like a lime flavor?) was phenomenal! My beef Wellington was cooked perfect and it was juicy and delicious!
Went for Sunday brunch on this trip. The food, ambience, and service were outstanding, as always. The kitchen always has a few surprises, and gnocchi were among the best I've had, including in Italy. This is one of Colorado's great dining experiences.
Food was very good. Really enjoyed the excellent service by Samantha.
