An exquisite fine dining experience. We had mentioned it was our anniversary when we made the booking and were given a cozy corner table for two and presented with complimentary champagne. Our special occasion was acknowledged several times by the staff as well. Another fabulous evening spent with the team at Greenbriar Inn. The amount of personal attention and care they put into seeing that we get meals we're completely delighted with is extraordinary. We love to go as a couple and enjoy quiet, intimate conversation. But we enjoy just as much taking friends or family along and seeing that everyone has a special time. Last night was our anniversary. I'm already looking to find another occasion to go back :)
What a wonderful surprise! I have been going to the Greenbriar for 40 years at least once a year. Went for our anniversary and the new chef is a winner!!! Before the menu and food were good were great but a bit tired and outdated. The new menu is fresh, innovative and simply delicious! I came here with my family to celebrate two birthdays. We went to the buffet breakfast brunch occasion, and had one of the best family meals ever. The food is fantastic, the hospitality was fantastic and maybe even better than the food, (not to bring down the meal in any way), and the scene is super cozy and almost always-holiday feeling. It's an amazing place, and you've got to give it a go.
This was, without a doubt, the best dining experience I have had. The petit filet mignon steak melted in your mouth. The 2st course bisque was wonderful. And the deserts were to die for! A wonderful experience.
Outstanding dining experience for our anniversary. I had never had Beef Wellington before and I may never again at any other place, as this was truly outstanding and I don't want to be disappointed in the future. The Bearnaise sauce was really good, but unnecessary as far as I'm concerned. They left it in a pitcher for me to apply as desired. My gf and I had a special dinner for my birthday on a Tue night. We were the only ones in the diner room and we loved it. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Best Caesar salad I've ever had.
