Have been going to the Greenroom for 3 years or so now. Have had cuts from Rob but mainly Phil. Both excellent barbers. It’s a lot better since they introduced the appointment system and they are both very punctual. This runs parallel to a lady that offers a walk-in service. Phil is always amenable, polite, professional and efficient. He has excellent rapport with me and everyone in the shop making a great atmosphere. Clean pleasant premises. Wife took our 2 little boys after 5PM not knowing they were not accepting walk ins. Was met with a lot of sarcastic comments for ‘ not knowing there was no walk in’ and treated disrespectfully by a male staff member in his 50s or 60s. No problem being declined, but the least he could have done was being respectful to a mum with 2 little kids.

Appointment or walk in service. Barbers who take their time over the haircut. The lady that does the walk in service is fab! Recommended.
