The day before my wedding, after 6 hours of driving, I arrived at this hotel expecting to check in to the Superior King room I had booked and paid for through Hotels.com. Instead, they tried to give me an accessible king room designed for disabled guests — a completely different room type with no proper bathroom (only open shower facilities for accessibility). 軽い昼ご飯でサンドイッチとお茶を頂きました。素朴な感じで良かったです。
The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Alex who worked very hard and was only too pleased to help. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great care was taken in making the bed look very pretty with cushions and the way the towels were folded. There was a lovely welcome feeling about the hotel and delicious breakfasts.
