Very accommodating to our requests, incredibly friendly staff.
Dreadful disinterested unfriendly service from the barman, 3 generations popped in after viewing the vintage cars in the square and wanting to book a table for Sunday lunch, the door was invitingly open and it is very hot! Checked space out the back, as intended to get out of the sun ☀️ have a drink and sit down, plenty of space. Well what can I say..one word OUTSTANDING We’ve just come home from the Great house and I’m still smiling A fantastic warm welcome the staff happy and jovial Sat and had a drink at the bar whilst waiting to be seated ( no rush) The food was beyond my expectations.the best Sunday lunch for many years the house red was perfect .I’ve never had roast beef like it seared and smoked….. Just perfect
The food and service is top notch. Pleasantly surprised as we just arrived for a look-see with no expectations. Jamie was excellent.
