I have just moved out of a property that was managed by Michelle and her team. Michelle went above and beyond for us as a family. During what was a difficult time for us she ensured that we were treated more than just tenants every step of the way. Michelle and her team were attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team, 5 star service.

Michelle and all of the others at The Gray House have been amazing! They have made moving in to our new property seamless and have been so warm and helpful. My partner and I have had bad experiences with multiple different letting agents around Cardiff but have been genuinely blown away so far at the friendly, tenant-first approach from these guys. Could not recommend enough!
The whole moving process was so easy and Michelle was incredibly helpful with customer service and care. There were a couple of maintenance things needing to be sorted and Keith came to deal with them right away. Overall a brilliant letting agency.
