I’ve rented from various letting agents over the last decade and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Michelle and Keith are warm and friendly. I was given a decision on my application quickly. Throughout my tenancy, I knew that Michelle was at the other end of the phone or an email, if needed, but I was also able to enjoy living in the property. We can't recommend The Gray House highly enough. Michelle, Keith and Rebecca made our move from North to South Wales absolutely seamless. Aside from the efficiency and clarity of all their processes, they are also fantastic people to work with. There was no "hard sell" or any of the usual flannel we have experienced in the lettings sector - just total transparency and fulfillment of every promise made to us. We absolutely LOVE the new house and just can't thank the team enough for making all our hopes into reality! X
