Michelle and all of the others at The Gray House have been amazing! They have made moving in to our new property seamless and have been so warm and helpful. My partner and I have had bad experiences with multiple different letting agents around Cardiff but have been genuinely blown away so far at the friendly, tenant-first approach from these guys. Could not recommend enough!
The whole moving process was so easy and Michelle was incredibly helpful with customer service and care. There were a couple of maintenance things needing to be sorted and Keith came to deal with them right away. Overall a brilliant letting agency.
Keith was very informative and polite during the viewing, helping us out with any questions and queries we had. Also really nice to see quick responses via email and answering every question I had. Was a very friendly and inviting atmosphere for my first time interaction with this company!
My partner and I have just moved out. The team at The Gray House have been fab the whole way through our tenancy and were massively accommodating during the final month. We were in the process of purchasing a property and with delays and moving completion dates needing to extend our tenancy, the team were very helpful letting us stay longer than originally planned.
