Verified Renter The Grand Apartments are just that - grand. I’ve lived here seven years and I’ve loved it from the first day I moved in. The management team, and the leasing agents are always very helpful, considerate, and friendly. One could not ask for more modern amenities. The landscaping around the campus is strikingly beautiful. And it’s quiet. This is my home and I’m very proud to live here.

Verified Renter Terrible experience moving in. Apartment was filthy and not move in ready. Lots of misinformation in the process. Terrible smell in the apartment and everyday I have to reach out to leasing office regarding it for nothing to get done.
Verified Renter The Grand is an awesome place to live so far. We have been living here for a few months and have loved it! The buildings are incredibly well maintained, and there is hardly ever trash or dirt in the hallways. The residents are respectful of quiet hours (and are generally quiet all day). The location is amazing if you like to shop at Legacy West or The Shops at Legacy.
