Verified Renter Terrible experience moving in. Apartment was filthy and not move in ready. Lots of misinformation in the process. Terrible smell in the apartment and everyday I have to reach out to leasing office regarding it for nothing to get done.

The buildings are incredibly well maintained, and there is hardly ever trash or dirt in the hallways. The residents are respectful of quiet hours (and are generally quiet all day). The location is amazing if you like to shop at Legacy West or The Shops at Legacy.

The neighborhood can't be outdone, the building looks great, the apartments are luxurious, and the staff are uniformly excellent. The maintenance crew is top notch, professional, timely, and they get it right the first time. If you have a dog, make them happy and move here. The amenities for man and his best friend abound.
