Verified Renter Overall, my stay at the Grand Apartments @ Legacy West has been quite pleasant. The interior is modern and well-maintained, earning it four out of five stars. However, occasional noise from neighboring units and parking gate issues were a slight inconvenience. Despite these drawbacks, the comfortable amenities and convenient location to the neighboring shops make it a worthwhile experience.

But when The Grand introduced its own free lending library with over 200 titles to choose from, they have indeed thought of, and provided us with every amenity possible. What else is there for us residents to enjoy at The Grand? The Grand has topped them all.
