But when The Grand introduced its own free lending library with over 200 titles to choose from, they have indeed thought of, and provided us with every amenity possible. What else is there for us residents to enjoy at The Grand? The Grand has topped them all.
Verified Renter Although we have enjoyed our stay at the Grand overall, our numerous noise complaints regarding our upstairs neighbor for nearly a year and half went unresolved and we felt there was a lack of accountability and effort on the Grand’s end in finding a resolution and this has ultimately become too much to handle as our upstairs neighbor still regularly causes us headaches and sleepless nights. Verified Renter Common areas in need of improvement and/repair. Preventive maintenance non-existent. Admin does not follow through on requests. - Apartments are OK but noise travels easily … I snooze off at night with my neighbors music (good thing is relaxing sounds) ????

Verified Renter I love living at The Grand at Legacy West. One of my biggest need is safety and I feel very safe here walking my dog at 6am or 11p anytime really. the area is lively but my apartment if very quiet and I live facing main street. My pup loves it too! She twirls when we get home!
Verified Renter Great and convenient location! Only issue is the noise (stomping and other loud noises) from upstairs unit at all hours of the day. Also the workout gym needs better temperature control- it is always too warm.
