Verified Renter Location is unbeatable. Elevators consistently need repair. Maintenance is fast yet they don’t complete tasks carefully (ie: weather stripping on the door replaced but not done completely so it mostly works, dishwasher repaired but not placed completely and correctly back into the cabinet), Items from move in checklist are still incomplete even after notifying management.
Verified Renter For the most part, The Grand is great. There are small things here and there that you will experience when living among the apartment renter populous. I will also say, the majority of issues that I have are with the residents of The Grand, not the management company.

Verified Renter The community and people are great at the Grand. The only complaint is that the elevator has been out since right after we moved in and still hasn’t been fixed. I understand the demand for parts and it’s hard to get things in right now but it’s still frustrating that we can’t do anything about it. Other than that the people are great and the location is Prime

Verified Renter Great location! Apartments are a bit dated considering how modern and current the surrounding areas are. There’s a lot I have yet to discover since we have not gotten a proper tour of the property. Leasing office staff are kind but seem busy and overwhelmed.
Verified Renter The ceiling and walls don't block any noise. You can hear every word every footstep especially at 3am. My calves are killing me due to the broken elevators for about a month now with no repair!

Verified Renter The outside commons area has gone down hill drastically. There are water lines that are broken. The grass is almost gone in certain areas. They are not blown off the common areas. The elevators are down all of the time. It use to be such a beautiful place in the common areas now, not so much.
